Fred Fields, Massage Therapist - MA83233
Hello my name is Fred and I have always had a passion for the health profession as I started my career as a Hospital Speciality Representative in the field of Hematology/Oncology and Anti-retrovirals for HIV and Aids for over 13 years. I have a true passion for health and gained hands-on expertise and experience in understanding the human condition as a pharmaceuticals representative for all these years.
I enjoyed helping these people by providing life saving products but eventually wanted more direct involvement in helping people achieve wellness in a more naturalistic manner, so I advanced my career I received my associates license in massage therapy in New York City from the School of New York Health Professions. I have unique and personal knowledge for exercise from my previous athletic career as a linebacker at Penn State University, so combined with my previous career in the health profession, I discovered massage therapy was the ideal profession for me to achieve my goal of directly helping individuals achieve better health outcomes and a better way of life.

Christina Capps, Massage Therapist – MA79453
I’m a native Floridian, born at MacDill Air Force Base and raised all over the state. Immediately after high school I enlisted in the United States Air Force to serve my country proudly, see the world, and obtain an outstanding education. I am happy to say the Air Force allowed me to achieve all my goals. After serving over 3 years in war-time conditions, I received the amazing news that I was going to venture into another area of service, motherhood. So, it was time to put away the War-Uniform for something a little more domestic.
I knew I still had the desire for service, particularly in Healthcare. Although, military culture is exciting and wonderful it is also extremely stressful and intense. I decided my next adventure should be to help my fellow veterans, soldiers, and their families regain the peace, tranquility, and holistic healing that is most often lacking in their day-to-day lives. I researched Massage Therapy and found it to be the perfect modality to achieve that goal.
I attended Sanford Brown College in Tampa, Florida, where I graduated with honors and acquired multiple certifications. I am also pursuing my BS Degree to become a Physical Therapist Assistant and immediately after, attend USF for the Doctoral Program to become “Dr. Tina” as a Doctor of Physical Therapy. I not only want to be skilled in pain management, but eventually, pain alleviation. I’ve seen first-hand what battle does to the body and now my purpose is to educate and inspire individuals on their path to holistic healing.
To show my appreciation and gratitude, I will ALWAYS give a 10% DISCOUNT to ALL VETERANS, MILITARY, and FIRST RESPONDERS. I know what sacrifices they make to serve us all year round. I’m going to do my part in serving those who serve us!
Some of my favorite massage specialties include: Hot Stones, Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular Therapy, Myofascial Release, Sports, Orthopedic Therapy, and Sciatica Relief.
Tina is available Saturday 2pm-9pm and by appointment
