Food is the foundation of life and can impact your health tremendously. The saying “You are what you eat,” should be taken very seriously. A balanced diet can lead to increased energy, clearer skin, mood stabilization, and healthy weight maintenance.
Supplementation goes hand in hand with nutrition. Supplements do not replace nutrition, but can be used synergistically, especially to support specific health conditions or nutritional deficiencies.
