Initial Consultation: $125.00:
The initial consultation includes TWO SEPARATE VISITS. The first visit will involve an in depth discussion regarding your health history and fitness goals. Upon the second visit we will provide a personalized workout program that is fully a referenced and evidenced based guide based upon your unique fitness goals, body and health. The second visit is a review of all this and coming up with a game plan to implement. Note: First visit is usually one hour, second visit 30-45 minutes. Both visits are in-person.
In-Person Follow-up Consultation: $75.00:
After we provide you with your customized personal training plan, follow ups are provided to keep your recommendations updated in order to best support you. Note: Follow-up visits are typically 30-45 minutes.
Online/Phone Follow-up Consultation: $25.00:
Sometimes with busy schedules, or simply the need for a quick consult, we offer online follow-up consultations with the convenience of FaceTime, Skype or phone.
Our personal trainers will personalize each session and the overall fitness program to the individual needs of each one of our clients. Programs can be customized to support a state of the art gym, outdoor activities and home workouts.
