Our personal trainers will personalize each session and the overall fitness program to the individual needs of each one of our clients. Programs can be customized to support a state of the art gym, outdoor activities and at home or at work workouts.
Initial Consultation: $175.00:
The initial consultation includes TWO SEPARATE SESSIONS. The first session will involve an in depth discussion regarding your health history and fitness goals. Then some type of tailored workout to get things started. Upon the second visit we will provide a personalized workout program that is fully a referenced and evidenced based guide based upon your unique fitness goals, body and health. The second session we will review of all this together, come up with a game plan to implement it and again have some type of tailored workout.
In-Person Follow-up Consultation: $95.00:
After we provide you with your customized personal training plan, follow ups are provided to keep your recommendations updated in order to best support you. How are you working out? Are you working out correctly? Are you staying motivated? Are you seeing the results desired? Is this the right routine or does something need to be added/changed?
Online/Phone Follow-up Consultation: $25.00:
Sometimes with busy schedules, or simply the need for a quick consult, we offer online follow-up consultations with the convenience of FaceTime, Skype or phone.
