Ryan Rhodes, Personal Trainer and Massage Therapist - MA80275
My name is Ryan Rhodes. I am a Nationally Certified Massage Therapist. I specialize in deep tissue and sports massage. I have been practicing Massage Therapy for 11 years with a great deal of success in Pennsylvania working along side a great network of Doctors, Chiropractors, Acupuncturists, and Physical Therapists. I moved here less than a year ago and have now joined Biomechanics which is another great network of professionals focused on helping others with their physical needs.
I am personally here to help with pain management and muscle health of all of my clients through massage therapy and also as a certified Personal Trainer. I have been an athlete all of my life a collegiate scholarship football player who also had severe injuries that I had to recover from. This is what sparked my interest in providing therapy to others and leading them down the road to recovery. However as we all know prevention is the first step and through proper strength training and massage therapy you can and will avoid a lot of the common issues most deal with on a day to day basis.
Whether you are an athlete looking to maximize your potential or maintain your body, or you are just looking to get off the couch and feel better physically and also about yourself I believe I can help you through both massage therapy and personal training. I specialize in the K.I.S.S method (which has nothing to do with make up and heavy metal) but Keep It Simple Stupid...methods of training and massage. You will be surprised at how easy it is to stay healthy and relatively pain free by combining my workouts with regular massage. Try it out and K.I.S.S your old life good bye!

I began studying Alternative and Complementary Medicine at the Ann Arbor Institute of Massage Therapy, with a certification in Neuromuscular therapy. Then after moving to Florida, I graduated from East West College of Natural Medicine in 2009.
The Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) concept of treating the whole patient with acupuncture, massage, herbs and food therapy is truly a complement to Western medicine diagnostics.
I have personally been able to see how the benefits of using these two systems of Medicine together can effectively treat chronic pain, autoimmune disorders and the side effects of cancer, just to name a few. My love of Chinese Medicine allows me to expound on the Hippocrates quote: "Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food."

Peter Steele, Doctor of Oriental Medicine (DOM) and Acupuncture Physician - AP3669
Dr. Peter Steele is a board-certified, licensed Acupuncture Physician (AP) and Doctor of Oriental Medicine (DOM) who specializes in herbal medicine. As a primary care physician, he treats his patients using a combination of raw herbs, pharmaceutical-grade herbal extracts, and even injectable drugs made from plant sources. In addition to using herbal therapies, Dr. Steele also uses laboratory testing, therapeutic massage, nutritional counseling, and acupuncture for the benefit of his patients.
Dr. Steele chose to practice this form of medicine because he believes that using natural products minimizes the harm done to our bodies and the environment by replacing the many synthetic chemicals used in modern pharmaceuticals
with natural analogues. In addition, with many people in our own country unable to afford expensive pharmaceuticals,
he is a loud advocate for medicines that can be cheaply and naturally grown by the very people who need them most.
In addition to his practice, Dr. Steele also works in the community as a Florida Master Naturalist and Master Gardener through the University of Florida’s Institute of Food and Agriculture Science (UF- IFAS). Miranda Hill, Massage Therapist - MA80189
A massage therapist graduate of The Healing Arts Center, St. Louis Missouri's oldest and prestigious massage therapy school. My goal and intention is to engage a greater awareness to every client's body.
Your session will be customized as every massage is different, we are ever-changing. You will experience several modalities including: Myofascial Release, working from within, releasing the inner most webbing of the body through slow, gentle, sustained pressure. Aromatherapy with doTERRA medicinal grade essential oils will elevate
the level of healing, providing full body rejuvenation. Swedish massage allows a smooth transition to sink further into the tissues using Deep Touch. I received my Reiki attunement in Massage Therapy School and will be ever grateful. The Japanese word ‘reiki’ can be translated as ‘universal life energy’ and the Usui System is a way of working with reiki for healing of self and others administered by "laying on hands."
Massage is a magical tool that gives many insights to what our intricate body is relaying to us. Through intuitive guidance, I am blessed to be a catalyst in creating and presenting that scenario with each client, and that is my driving force. The end result is my favorite, illumination of inner beauty radiating with the outer beauty. Our bodies serve us everyday, reward yourself for a job well done!
Essential oils doTERRA means "Gift of the Earth." doTERRA sets a new standard for purity with CPTG, Certified Pure Therapeutic Grade in response to unregulated essential oil standards that limit usage and benefits. They can be smelled aromatically, used topically on the skin, and internally, safe for children and adults as a form of natural
healthcare. doTERRA is being successfully incorporated into hospitals, doctor offices, and pain clinics across the country creating a movement as a natural way to be healthy and whole. Click here for a short video on doTERRA.
Some of Miranda's favorite Modalities include: Myofascial Release, Deep Touch, Aromatherapy, Swedish, and Reiki Energy Therapy
